I had lots of aspirations when I join here in 2022 but things didn't turn out well especially promotions & this was bad decision in my life to join tibco.It's a sinking ship so would advise you to stay away from it.

Dislikes

Promotions has been a joke here.Forget for first 4 years that you get any promotion even though u work hard but work load will increase as your experience increases.Politics & micro-management has made life tough. Developers here are paid similar to support engineers here which shows how they think but looking at workload you will curse yourself as being dev in this company.

New management thinking is out of the world. They outsourced more than half of the company's junior positions. With same leadership in place would not recommend it new joiniors

I am a contractor to this company from payroll .while i receiving the laptop from tibco i asked them to please provide headphones and laptop bags.but they said to me they give bags and headphones only to permanent employees not for contractor's .see in work culture there should be equality between the employees otherwise how we survive in this sector.my sincere request to them is if you are not provide any bags then prior information is needed to employees while receiving the laptops otherwise how they will carry the laptop...Read More
