Worst company to work for. Caste based politics. I've seen my seniors differentiated based on caste. I was asked about my caste, religion by the stooges of management. I was not differentiated because I was of the same caste as the senior management and their stooges. I was completely shocked. High caste management abuse low caste employees.

Dislikes

The seniors who were hard working, talented, friendly and from whom I learnt a lot are treated badly. They are aware of this fact but can't do much but are discussing about the same with whom I use to hang out with. The global Tibco is good but the Indian pune management especially Businessworks team is whom I am referring to. The global Tibco guys dont know about this issue. I had lots of aspirations when I join here in 2022 but things didn't turn out well especially promotions & this was bad decision in my life to join tibco.It's a sinking ship so would advise you to stay away from it.

Dislikes

Promotions has been a joke here.Forget for first 4 years that you get any promotion even though u work hard but work load will increase as your experience increases.Politics & micro-management has made life tough. Developers here are paid similar to support engineers here which shows how they think but looking at workload you will curse yourself as being dev in this company.

Before the merger with Citrix, the company was doing very well and had a good culture. Although you still get free food and free cab service.

Mentors and Managers are very good. Everything is perfect at ground level. Cabs, Food, Vending Machienes etc.

The CEO is a complete idiot. (Tom Krause). Higher level management does not care for its low level employees. Every quarter there is a issue in management.

New management thinking is out of the world. They outsourced more than half of the company's junior positions. With same leadership in place would not recommend it new joiniors
