I had lots of aspirations when I join here in 2022 but things didn't turn out well especially promotions & this was bad decision in my life to join tibco.It's a sinking ship so would advise you to stay away from it.

Promotions has been a joke here.Forget for first 4 years that you get any promotion even though u work hard but work load will increase as your experience increases.Politics & micro-management has made life tough. Developers here are paid similar to support engineers here which shows how they think but looking at workload you will curse yourself as being dev in this company.

Everything. There is no salary hike. No bonus. Plus 5 days ,you have to go to office.. no hybrid mode and you will learn nothing.

Before the merger with Citrix, the company was doing very well and had a good culture. Although you still get free food and free cab service.

Mentors and Managers are very good. Everything is perfect at ground level. Cabs, Food, Vending Machienes etc.

The CEO is a complete idiot. (Tom Krause). Higher level management does not care for its low level employees. Every quarter there is a issue in management.
