Very open culture, work life balance, friendly staff and focus on the strategic objectives.

Dislikes

More concentrated on products, hence everything only revolves around Tibco products even in services department. Hence not able to position competitively in market with SI’s. Processes and tools (at least in services side) are very old and not very well structured, however things are significantly improving now in last 2 years.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
