I am in software industry more than 9+ Years and worked with many different companies(Captive, Service, Product). But not seen such worst company ever. I left this organization within 1.5 years because of below issues. Let me give you brief overview about TIAA. 1. Lots of micro management. 2. Senior management do not have people management experience. 3. Unnecessary burden on employees. Due to that employees are not able to increase their skill set and concentrate on their work. 4. Even for small things, you need to go through lots of processes. 5. AD Wilson and managers under him, harasses his employees and threaten to not speak. I recommend, if you don't' want to be stressed and harassed please do not join this organization. Stay away from TIAA!! Stay healthy :-)...Read More
