While I have had a positive experience at TICM, there are few areas where improvement could be beneficial. The limited space in the company environment, particularly during vechiles dispatch, presents safety concerns that could potentially lead to accidents. Additionally, the absence of a dedicated test track for conducting through vechile checks post-assembly is a limitation that could impact quality assurance. Lastly, the quality of the food provided on-site could be behanced to better the needs of the staff.
