Head Command Centre

We are a fast growing organization backed up by the Murugappa conglomerate which has business interests across heavy engineering, agriculture, BFSI, and electric mobility.

We are seeking for the National Head role - Command Center is responsible for overseeing the real-time operations, safety, and efficiency of electric commercial vehicles (ECVs), including electric three-wheelers, trucks, tractors, and small commercial vehicles.

This role involves: Improving operational efficiency and productivity of vehicle​, Enhances safety and compliance with regulations​, Provides critical insights for decision - making​, Vehicle tracking and navigation​, Driver performance monitoring​ & Maintenance scheduling and management​

Role & responsibilities

• Must have good experience in uptime command center management.
• Should have good field service experience.
• Should have real time experience in Commercial vehicles.
• Work experience in Electric Vehicle is advantageous.
• Must have good experience in fleet operations.

Preferred candidate profile

10+ years of experience in fleet operations, command center management, or EV logistics.

Proven track record in managing large-scale fleet monitoring, telematics systems, and charging infrastructure.

Education Background

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.
