Position for Electric 3-Wheeler Business

Job Locations: Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh

Position Offered Customer Service Officer Trainee

Department- After Sales Service & Spares

CTC 4.5 LPA (Including Variable Pay, Insurance and Medical Insurance)

Required Qualification:

BE/BTech in Technical Engineering like Mechanical, Mechatronics, ECE, EEE, Automobile, etc.

Eligibility:

60% and above in 10th &12th Standard

6 CGPA and above in Under Graduation

Year of UG Pass out- 2022/ 2023/ 2024

Job Description:

• Good Communication skill is must
• Good Interpersonal and Presentation skill is required
• Good knowledge in MS Office
• Ensure to act as customer point of contact and support to maintain the service index
• Ensure that customers are greeted promptly and given fair estimate for repair and maintenance
• Listen to customer concerns, diagnose problems, and communicate this information to technicians
• Handle customer queries, and ensure that the work is completed to the customer's satisfaction
