There are only brand name apart form that no other facilities/benefits available for employees

I had worked 8 years with thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd , management never think about their employees , I have faced lot of Politics there. during pandemic we have received full salary, management does not reduce any salary for the same.

There is nothing to like here. So I have to stay here as long as I get a chance somewhere new

There is only dirty politics here, Ten people are made to work with one person. The increment is disgusting.

I didn't learn anything here, It is not possible to give time to the family due to the stress of work

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
