CFO is not good in character and always favour his own 2-3 persons only. Not only CFO, other few persons in F&A Dept are also in same nature and always poke everyone. In increment case, only 2% is given in every 1.5 years. I will not recommend this company to other persons. Within last 6 months, 6 persons has left in F&A dept and one person involved for last 18 years , has been terminated within one day without any reason. In other dept, this things are happening.
