Few persons in other dept are very cooperative

Dislikes

CFO is not good in character and always favour his own 2-3 persons only. Not only CFO, other few persons in F&A Dept are also in same nature and always poke everyone. In increment case, only 2% is given in every 1.5 years. I will not recommend this company to other persons. Within last 6 months, 6 persons has left in F&A dept and one person involved for last 18 years , has been terminated within one day without any reason. In other dept, this things are happening. favourism is there. Lots of politics, along with too much complex work. German people always expects more than your experience .If you do single mistake they’ll keep on repeating this till your appraisals. They pay lower than market standards. Upper management is always there at Germany along with few favourite employees. Developerswill never get a chance to work on-site. No focus on the product. Culture driven by finance guys. HR doesn't have any hold. No increments. Appraisals happen on paper, no discussions. Don't get any opportunity to present yourself during appraisal meetings.
