Very bad experience i am wirking HR Executive in Thyrocare thieir work culture is very very bad they hire anyone who dont any knowledge who failed in DMLT the people who do testing in lab i now many people who is working without any certification just 1year failed worker are also they do this because they want 5000 they take this amount from employee telling as as its for security reasons it will refunded after 6 month of completion in work after joining they give us high pressure so make work more than 9 hour then employee get high pressure and leave the job and 5k will be their with them they never give them back it given only after 6 months completion or in Termination cases During corona time Thyrocare given us work from home job we use hire Dmlt candidates for corona testing who are ready visit customer home do blood collection first it was decided that per sample collection employee will get 1000 we started hiring after 2 days it reduced to 800 after 5 days it reduced to 300 per collection for technicians who were hire first use to call us and give us bad words saying that u told 1000 after it keep on reducing they are telling because of u we left gob and came personally i feel very bad for them our management tell us that that u are doing it for your country and make them ready and what company is doing they take 6000 something i dont remember now they rate is 4500 per testing they take from patients now were are their love for nation gone they are charging so high to Indian citizens and they cant pay to their employee . Now after 1 month we hired and completed for each and every location in Maharashtra then after that company given us us EOL mean extra ordinary leave in that they given us unpayed leaves in lock down time they did to us after their job done after 2 month they called me and many other co workers telling u r terminated u have to come to office and submit they gadget u have took from office i told them give me mail for confirmation....Read More

I am continuing here because space is not their in upper column after that i went office they told me that u have to give us resignation but i was not ready to resign because my security deposit was their it will be only given if company terminate u or 6 month of completion and for me 10 days were remain to complete 6 month i got i m not ready to resign i want my 5k back u give me termination i ready for it and I didn’t give any resign after 2 week in my account 5k came of my security deposit then they called me and told to give resignation next day i went given resignation returned all gadgets . Half of the employee they made them to give resign and hired new employee only for 5k my friend who are still working tells that they not taking any proper interviews or anything directly giving offer letter just for that 5k because all this done company was at big loss in corona they were giving wrong results and mahanagar palika banned them for testing if u hire employee without any knowledge only for that 5k even failed students are also their in testing then result will comes wrong noe the company is choosen this way gor recover them from their losses remove employee hire new employee for loss covering even salary now proper salary increment no freedom in office felt like jail working in that company i only worked their for my 5k back because it was my moms saving...Read More

The only thing which I liked about the company is the time management. If you are about to join this company then you will definitely develop this time management skill by yourself. Though I will never recommend anyone to join such company. They will take 5 thousand rupees from you as a security deposit. Rather giving such amount so such company, I would suggest you to do some courses (wet lab/dry lab) with that money....Read More

Worst work culture I have seen in my 3 years of working experience. They don't provide any extra services. Even you have to wash your own dish after having your food. There is also no sitting arrangement while having food. And they give bus service but that is only limited to a certain distance as the company is very much inside from the highway. They don't even give you any health coverage until you complete 1 year of your service....Read More

Iam not currently working in Thyrocare, I worked form May, 2015 to May, 2017. The team leaders were very rude and partial. The working culture makes you feel you are in school, as they were very strict. Most of the time we face server issues for which we have to extend our shift for 3 to 4 hours to complete our target.

The work culture was very bad, the higher authorities do not understand our problems. It was a type of mental torture to me.

There's nothing to learn. They never care about employee. They restricted employee compulsory to work more than 10.30 hours. They need work culture not the healthy atmosphere. As a team leader can't support a teammates. These are Thyrocare rules n regulations.

Process of Approvals is the most pathetic thing in TTL. 100% Paper usage process for little things. Horrible work culture(All approval and permissions are written on paper Only) 1% email usage.
