Nothing to like as such in current Management after Dr AVM sold the company to few shrewd businessmen.

Office Politics, Regionalism, Management treat employees as labors/race horses ,HR is incompetent, Trainers are untrained, No one knows why they are doing what they are doing ,Over time is must and leaving on time is seen as slacking, No one takes feedback of employees. There are people working over here with 20 Years exp and less than 5lpa compensation, Hire n Fire policy. Cutting salary of employees through flexible CTC structure and wasting the money on useless corporate parties for the top cream management employees. 6 days working on paper, but 90 % staffs work 7 days with compulsory OT, for which they don't get paid OT allowances.
