The only thing I liked about thyrocare is that they have given jobs to really needy people but may be that's why they don't hesitate to exploit these people

Dislikes

This organisation has only one person thinking who is the founder and rest all just follows what he says. If you think you have a brain and want to use it to contribute your intelligence in the growth of the organisation then you should not join here. All the managers who have joined here have grown from nothing to really something but the trick they learnt is to treat the subordinate really badly. During my brief working period I hadly met anyone who was not looking for better job. Also when you get frustrated by this and want to leave they don't give you experience letter and also won't pay the deposits. The attrition rate is so high that thyrocare has an entire fleet of HR's hiring people every day. For freshers this may be the easiest way to get the job till the time you find new one but if you are experienced and have some self respect and Dignity then this not the place for you. This a is public listed organisation but the that he himself say if tomorrow this organisation goes down his life won't be affected by that as he had earned a lot. This make me worry not about the employees but also the share holders....Read More
