No proper policy, no work culture, not professional, no learning, no encouragement for new ideas but still they have a portal which will calculate revenue saved with the ideas is really a bogus, outdated way of management, we can get some money with less work, leadership never seen like this before, something fishy as I don't see much goal or vision to focus. 1) Salaries on time. 2) Standardized promotion every 2 years for everyone irrespective for your capabilities and output, which is just a change in Title. 3) Lot of stress oppertunity disguised as stretch oppertunities.

1) Imperialism, Only American employees are eligible for promotions based on performance usually for the output give by Indian team. 2) For Indian employees promotion are based on Dilbert principle. 3) Every 2 years indian CEOs and leadership team gets terminated, to retain Highmarks control and it's always the previous indian managements fault.
