Likes

Management is good and understand the employee needs, office politics is there and would be hard for employees who does not speak up and convey their expectations. Learning is good and ppl are good to work with, specially enGen and Highmark counterpart so , so knowledgeable and down to earth.

roles and responsibilities could have been mentioned as per the industry and org standards, sometimes it is confusing if that particular role should do that activity or not.
