I applied in this company after seeing thrillophilia reviews and found that all the things which I was looking as an employee are available over here so I have nothing to dislike.

I have heard so much nice words about this company at thrillophilia reviews and I am happy that I got an opportunity to work over here . I get to learn so much by my teammates who are very motivating and supportive.

My work involved searching for candidates on various job portals for varied roles. and then screening them . We also take interviews of prospective candidates.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
