This company is worst even a lala company is better than this company. They have no procedure for anything, they have very bad image between their suppliers as they don't want to pay after receipt of material / service. Job security is zero, they can fire you or deduct your salary anytime wit h silly reasons</mark>. Don't join this company even it is the last company of the world. Note: If you join the company even after reading the review then trust me you will understand the pain behind this review within one weeek of your joining and if you worked with any good organization (even with lala company) then you can't be tolerated them more than 6-7 months....Read More

job security is 0, work culture - huge unnecessary paper work ( example- for quotation comperative you have to prepare 2 -3 sheets for 1 iteam, each having different formats) if you have submitted comperative in January 2020 order will be placed in January 2021, and again you have to ta ke quotation and prepare comperative and payment of vendor will be released in 2022 for which PR was raised in 2020( after 2-3 years). management can reduce your salery to 50% without any reason....Read More

example of work culture: once IT person was assigned to create PPT for visitors to find out company office location, and IT person created it with 100% efforts which was actually very good And management don't like it and reduced his salery by 30,000 per month. just for PPT which actually not his job responsibility
