Only Salary is on time. Else Culture is Really like a Road side Techie.. So Overall Zero Rating. I will Give Minus Rating as well if that will be available. No Work Culture. No Personal Life. No Ethics. Harras Language even used By Management. (I.e. Utha k Fenk duga, Gala Kaat duga, ye kaam mera 6 saal ka beta kar skta h.. or bhi ba hut kuch..) You will wait in front of Management for 2 Hrs, 3 Hrs. No Work Life Balance. No Support will be provided your your team Leader. because he will also scary and feel same like us.
