They manage to get government projects without proper infrastructure. they manage government employees well with bribing them. Three has achieved a great talent to copy others products and name those under Three D. Managing all government servants with good amount of money is commendable.

Dislikes

They fire people without a good reason. They treat all employees like non human. They tally balance sheet and moment they find cash inflow is not satisfactory, they sack high salaried employee. They do not have good infrastructure neither good planning to hold employees. They do not give a damn value to experienced employees. Strongly not recommended company.
