Learning is good but their will not be good culture.

Dislikes

The work culture is worst. Working hours are longer. The manager treats you poorly. The upper management is also the worst. Work on weekends as well but get no appraisals. No appreciation for the work. Pip or lay off without any notice. They also ask employers to write fake reviews sodon't trust all the reviews blindly....Read More

My journey with T2B is going great so far. A perfect workplace with motivating mentors and great learning opportunities. The company doesn't let you give up and they help you, motivate you, and guide you a each and every step. The company has a very nice work culture and they take care of their employees.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
