Too much of work pressure, one employee is expected to work for the two people Job. booking and invoice is done by one single person. New employees are not given proper knowledge of the work that needs to be done and the they expect it to be done professionally, There is no proper week off given they make they employees work even on their off days they call us up any time of the day and make us work And if any cases of invoice pendency is there, they threaten us by giving CLP They avoid hiring is new stuff During the time of interview taking by the HR, we were informed that we will only have to do the booking after joining here. After two months. I was informed that I will also have to do invoices which is basically work of a finance department.
