Thomas Cook is a professional organisation and people are very welcoming. The group is looking at improving processes and customer experience. Lot of importance and investment is going in to these projects. Performance rewards were excellent.

Dislikes

The people are literally working here for decades. They are very stuck to old ways and difficult to change their behaviour and get them to accept new processes willingly. Tech team here had a huge turnover due to recent changes in tech demand. No cutting edge projects taken up recently. Certain projects that are taken up are very old tech and implemented by competition years ago.

No employee friendly HR policies. Main focus is only on business without considering the challenges and market conditions being faced by the sales staff. A manager is loaded with individual sale target and that too more than the team's target, instead of handling the team target.

Thomas Cook is a Brand but it's not possible without giving good salary to existing employees rather than providing to employees coming from another company Working hours How the process works is very complicated

As they are providing very low salary and working on ejb and Hibernate and in front end working on knockout which are very old technology so it's really important to know here that for your career growth we should choose a company with good technology and good salary,I'm here from last 2 month but they haven't provided me a single penny

This culture is promoted by the top management and prevails in the system through their apparatus.
