The companies culture has detorriated post it was taken over by Fairfax. It was undoubtably best company to work under Kuoni brand. However Faifax, the financial holding, does not seem to care of tge brand name. All stake holders, including Hotels, Transpoters Guides are running from piller to post to get their dues paid. Office politics seems to be thir TOPMOST priority now.

As explained in my review due to manual intervention and absense of technology there is no work life balance. Clients are helpless but to call you post working hours, even bosses will not hesitate to call you and work, it's treated as normal practice.
