Being a 3d visualiser i will say that there is no hope for a visualiser at Thomas Associates cause company authorities doing buisness with 3d softwares and they only dont know how does it goes what are the requirements for a good visualisation, I think they should outsource this service. Talking of job security its not there any dayyou can be a jobless person over there. Before talking about appraisal i must tell you that your salary can get hold any day just because they want it to be and will blame you for something which you are not involved with or not even aware of once in a year you might get a hike of 3 to 7 % hike. Architets who are all fresher's for them learning is them i mean to say its good for them to work over there and get a bit taste of the hardcore rushness, and designs of their subject and how does it goes with the industry. If you are a visualiser over there then you should forget about your life be steady keep a coffee pack with you in your pack cause you have to stay all over the night over there sitting like a kangaroo in front of a quite big screen. Insecure, politics, unprofessional management, only work no life...

Work Details

They have no value or respect for their staff and their family life. They are firing the staff with in minutes no notice period given. No pf or insurance.
