- Management. - Unsupportive seniors. - 12+ hours working model for resource . - Give no of task at the time of logout and say to complete today's itself. - Work on no of projects and manage the client by sending any non technical reason related to task completion. - Change tecnology stack for any employee at the some time period.

To be frank working here was a good experience. Have learnt many things during my Tenure here. Management is good.

1. As I was in QA team, manager was not letting go any chances to stop you after working hours. Even the girls 2. Manager is terrible. He will make sure you work on Saturday-Sunday and even not get paid in such a way that management didn't know this part. 3. He and his partner team lead will go downstairs and make plan to humiliate the other team members in their team. 4. There was not any week in a month on which team member used to faint down during meeting(Due to targeting the team member) In short QA Team , manager was not good which is affecting the image of company like Thinkitive Technologies....Read More

I was an Employee of Thinkitive technology since for last 6 months, if you have love to do coding than nothing is better place than thinkitive not with only coding, with appraisal, opportunity, position, an lots of other opportunities. I was happy to be worked under Dhananjay sir and my mentor Ashutosh Patil, both help me a lot and other colleagues are also very supportive.
