The remote working culture is good and has the freedom to work at any time and from anywhere. No restrictions on working at a specific time only. Huge opportunities to learn new things and work on those. Everyone has the freedom to share their thoughts with anyone. Lots of employee benefit policies. Not just from the salary perspective but from the career growth perspective, thinkbridge is the best place to work with.

- Learning new things from teammates and in project. - Positive attitude towards each other. - Flexible timing. - Good Compensation. - HR are also very supportive, they listens to our issue politely and try to emphazise with us.

Dislikes

For me there is nothing to dislike in this organisation. If you work as per there expectation then this is the best organisation you would love to work for.
