Dislikes

They do not conduct offline session of freshers in office. And apart from that offline office functions they rarely conduct which is mandatory for all to come to enjoy after doing wfh for so long. I haven’t gone to office once since it’s been 11 months I joined there.

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

We would like to inform you that due to the pandemic we have shifted to remote working permanently. However, like you said, it is of paramount importance for freshers to experience the office culture and to interact with their seniors and colleagues. Hence, this year we invited our campus hires/freshers to the office for a 2-day long onboarding and induction ceremony.
