We thank you for taking out time and writing a review for us. We really appreciate it. As we spent considerable time and effort in hiring and training the freshers and experienced partners during the last year, we feel it is only fitting that they showcase what they have learned during the last one-and-a-half years, through assessments and evaluation interviews. Even upon failing to clear said assessments, we allow our partners ample time to prepare for a 2nd round of evaluation, or by contributing to their area of work by putting them in Performance Improvement Plans. All in all, we provide ample opportunities to our partners to shine and prove their mettle, and only ask them to look out for other opportunities which will be best suited to them in the current situation, as a last resort (Even then, we keep in touch with them and help them land other opportunities).
