Dislikes

There is very little to dislike. However, the rapid growth of the company sometimes leads to high work volumes which can be challenging. While this is indicative of the company's success, a more structured approach to scaling resources to match the increasing demands could help in maintaining the work-life balance that the company values so much.

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
