It's been amazing working here since I joined. Earlier It was completely WFH but now It's a hybrid (2 days WFH and the rest WFO). The marketing team is great. Just work efficiently and give results in what you are doing and everything is sorted. Incentives and bonuses are also given if you achieve certain targets.

Dislikes

Here, it is alternate Saturdays working. I think it should be all Saturdays off. Also, brainstorming sessions must be conducted to improve the knowledge. That will also help in interacting with the team members.

The scale of operations have been growing massively in the last 2-3 years. The training sessions conducted by an external trainer affiliated with a big organization has changed things for the development of the company as well as focusing on personal growth of employees that will help me in the future as well. The exposure that is provided in terms on knowledge by connecting with suppliers and clients across the globe is the best part about this job. I love connecting with people. Communicating and understanding their requirements regarding their stay requirements and matching it gives me immense joy. There is a balance of working hours at this work place and I am able to focus on my work and personal life equally.
