There is nothing to like about, worst company ever to work in.

No job security Dominating senior management For the appraisal you get maximum 10 percent hike and people who have got more resigned from the square . They literally beg them to stay by giving them 20-25% hike because they know ,nobody would join to work in this type of work culture. I have seen people joined the company but after couple of days only they have been told not to come from very next day. So many poor people joined thinking they would get the salary but they just fired them in couple of days without giving them any warning or taking them into notice period. Those who properly resigned after serving the notice period there FNF is still pending , in the end they have filed the legal case against thesqua.re. If anybody would join this firm ,will only be wasting the time , because they don't care about hard working and loyal people , infact they don't deserve....Read More
