Very traditional approach.No defined SOP. no scope for career growth. Roles and responsibilities not defined for few post deliberately. Job insecurity. Office politics. Non condusive work atmosphere. Most importantly Salaries are paid mostly after 25th of following month and not on or before 10th as per law.

Honestly speaking I was myself confused about my role. Designated as administrative executive but functioning as marketing coordinator and executive assistant. I worked for a period less than six months.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

High work load.They do not provide a single day training. Some people are impatient.

Work Details

My work is to design all products of the company using AutoCAD and Solidworks. Doing modification in drawings. Making 3D model. Analysing product. There is only me in design department so there is high work load.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
