I work as Electrical Design Engineer. Design and Calculations of piping and other instruments withe help of P&ID, Piping ISO, 3D model. Than Design by the help of Thermon software to find Heat Tracers cable and accessories required as per given condition

Compensation is not at par with industry and incentive is negligible. There is a clan like mentality among locals which a non local cannot identify with and will feel left out
