Poor work culture, no work life balance, no recognition for better engineering, bad lobbying,colonization and groupism, lack of user friendly database structure for ease of deliverables and no initiative for creation for the sake of working level engineers , Top management must analyze and intervene in a serious way to stop the badlobbying , colonization, vindictive, discourteous and harassing tendencies of middle management of nodal office for the sake of the good of company and prevention of good engineers to leave the organization,no recreation / corporate social responsibilities, no apprenticeship found although it's a world renowned organization....Read More

I work as Electrical Design Engineer. Design and Calculations of piping and other instruments withe help of P&ID, Piping ISO, 3D model. Than Design by the help of Thermon software to find Heat Tracers cable and accessories required as per given condition

Compensation is not at par with industry and incentive is negligible. There is a clan like mentality among locals which a non local cannot identify with and will feel left out
