The coworkers are good. They help each other and contribute together.

Dislikes

The higher officials in HR and manager are ridiculous. They don't care about the lower people and keep on complaining even if you perform good. The higher staff people behave in a different manner. The timings are not perfect. They force us to stay late at work.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
