I like company take for outbound and 6 days alternative week off.

Dislikes

Many things here like no proper working system, problem avoiding by management ,bad politics and lots of problems in increment system and lowest increment ratio because of that employees are backfoot by market grades after some years spent in thermax. And there is no improvement in system after facing emergency while yashsvi chemical blast still no improvement in basic safety needs.
