I never felt anything good about this company, The management literally force you their opinion irrespective of the employee choice, Taking me as an example I was joined after completing my diploma in Mechanical Engineering, I was very interested in design and marketing in fact, for that purpose I joined the company but, they allocated me Commissiong department. I worked in that for 6 months and I found it not my cup of tea and tried all my sources to change my dept. and pleased at least give me a try but no one heard... I wasn't interested to pursue the same dept. any more in the future, So I had to QUIT. This is the Culture of Thermax. The best part is when I had taken the stand to change my dept what so ever, so they have taken my review and ask me as irrelevant ask me they can so they will make my morale and confidence down and I will stop asking for dept change and that what happened I stopped asking and QUIT. Mr. NAGRAJA SENOY had taken that review and he hasn't taken my review rather he scolded me. Anyways thanks I found out this early and haven't got trapped. Regards...Read More
