Being approximately 2 decade old company, the quality of the products to customers, and moderate compensation to their employees are one of best positive notes. The aims of the owners are crisp and clear. The transparent ideas and innovations are very impressive.

Dislikes

The regional operations management are mostly from non relevant background who presents very vague information down the line. The decisions and actions are pretty lame and often delaying. Unwanted, Inappropriate, Lenghthy and Unstable processes by the irrelevant and inexperienced regional operations management, makes the environmentunfocused and untidy. Found the outlet level staff full of unprofessionalism, and lacking basic knowledge, information and the etiquettes towards the customers, japotizing the brand standards. And lastly, for approximately 2 decades into existence, there is No Standards for Operating Procedures. One can compare it with any other ordinary local corner shop selling sandwiches, pastries and soft beverages....Read More

An interesting place with no skill development and staff trainings. The funny part is of emergencies wherein one needs to email the concerned issue and keep waiting for the revert - which can be by Ph. calls.
