Its a very bad experience and lala company in terms of processes,escalations, and job security. If you are a an outlet manager it will be hell for you because the expectations from the management is sky high and its cannot be performed by a human being, there is total staff crunch in the company because they do not plan manpower and other things before the open new outlets and other stuff, you will struggle to manage weekly offs, no one is going to ask you any feedback about the store and improvement, the management they just wants you demotivate and highlight the errors in your work, no source of motivation. You will be harassed by the management to do things that are not in your hands....Read More

Everything except the product, 1)very bad hr management- never picks up the call and reply to messages. 2)top management never thinks about the employees . Single minor mistakes and warning letters are issued. 3)no support from area managers everything you do will have to take your own initiative. 4) no manpower support there are 2 people in the store to work. 5)company expectations too high from the employees 6) you will be tortured and threatened everyday that you will be fired even you are giving 100% and tasks are completed successfully 7) old team members take you for granted and does not work in any manner 8) by chance if you are more than 5 years old in company you will be purposefully targeted and harassed by management and ask you to resign and ask you to rejoin because the company wants to save gratuity 9) everytime hr visits your store he will only ask vision and mission and if you dont thell exactly the sentence even in your words, get ready for warning letter. Its a bad experience for everyone but the management is not worried about any employees everyone wants to leave this job....Read More
