this company revolves around false promises, mis commitments, and there is no room for skill development if you dare to give any suggestions they will react as if they know much more than you, never open to any suggestions, and forget about the culture because they treat the employee as a liability no policy for leaves and they didn't give any GIFT in Diwali or Holi,

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

For trainers and teachers, it's a great place to start their careers as they pay well and on time. There is a sense of team work and there is access to good resources and infrastructures. There is ample of opportunities to develop their skills in various aspects.

Dislikes

There is issue of favouritism. The management generally understaffed which can cause miscommunication between the management, teachers and students. The compensation is based on performance. Plus there is a push for their products. The marketing focuses on being only brand that exist. As customers, they really don't care the brand as much as the functionality. There is a sense of exclusivity and arrogance that rubs people the wrong way. Thus making the work environment uneasy....Read More
