Wonderful campus with all amenities.

Dislikes

Terrible,incapable decision makers. No recognition, no increment for years.

Good working environment. No work pressure.

Dislikes

No proper management to bring up the college. If there was a proper decision making authority, the college would have been one among the top self financing institutions. It was a well developing college but now having a bad time as it's being mishandled by improper management. Efficient faculties and excellent students are still a part of Thejus.

I had a wonderful experience teaching students.

Likes

Being a teacher itself is a great experience. Thejus Engineering College is like Thejus Family to me my students and my colleagues all gave us a good working atmosphere

Dislikes

There's nothing to dislike about Thejus.

I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
