You can't learn anything new here, the management will give leaves and WFH as per their relation with the employee. 1 can get 5-6 WFH in a month and another will hardly get 2.

1. The India head doesn’t care about the employees. 2. No knowledge about AI and ML. 3. Groupism leads to office politics which demotes your professional growth.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
