Technologically the organization needs to invest and advance multifold or else it will not be a self sustainable entity. Processes and policies can be better streamlined.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I like the culture. We enjoy celebration all the festivals together and involvement of all the employees out there. The management is considerate and understanding. I really appreciate how each individual is treated.

Poor work environment fill with politics, If you want a promotion start licking the manager's feet. If you're not a feet licker you'll have a bad time over there and they will eventually remove you anytime they want and destroy your career
