The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client based.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as preparing the food for menu . Manager don't value an individual straight.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
