The culture is open and warm. Alot of work is assigned so you get good exposure.

Dislikes

Senior teachers are given too much importance so much so that they act superior to others. Many times, the senior teachers talk about their counterparts as someone who are worthless and do not do any work. While they safeguard all the important tasks for themselves and refrain from assigning any work that can be seen.

It is a good place for the freshers, teachers are given freedom to experiment different teaching methodologies. Students are amazing.

Dislikes

There is no job security, there is lack of skilled and enthusiastic teachers, the teachers with less experience are placed while the experienced are removed. Also there is hierarchy amongst teachers-6th floor staffroom teachers are superior followed by 2nd floor staffroom and 4th floor staffroom teachers have no respect at all. Politics is another short coming along with low pay scale.

Great work experience and a lot of learning on the job. I had a very supportive team which created a pleasant atmosphere to work.

Dislikes

work-life balance but it is a personal choice. People can maintain work-life balance if they wish to.
