They are not give the freedoms to imple and they are changing continuesly company rules that's the reason so many candidate left the job in this first year, so it's my opinion to give the freedom in there criteria.

The HR selecting so many an educated an hop lase candidate in the company

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
