The incentive structure was good back in 2023. ESOPs to ASM and above. Annual increment. On-time salary. Medical Insurence. Variable + Incentives EPF.

If you are in mid-level management, the senior management will drive you insane! This company has nothing organized (from folks to SOP/matrix). Your KRA covers a huge portion to manage on a daily basis and the KPI is limited which makes no sense since you are working on a lot of things but get judged only on a few things. You will stand far away from R&R sessions. You will be brutally grinded in monthly sales reviews no matter how well your cluster/area/zone has performed. The management will not hesitate to slit your throat since the blade of termination is always on your throat. You are the decision-maker of your team and no matter how logical and analytical your decisions are, you will be questioned from a pretext of humiliation. This company is a nightmare for any employee whose approach to working is realistic, organic, and calculative. Being ambitious and competitive in this company will hold no point. The worst company that I have worked for till now. I worked with the company for almost 2 years in Emails and calls both, but there was nothing to learn. You only learn how to play politics in the environment. There is too much favoritism and politics. If you suck up to your manager and give them everything they want, you get good appreciation and fast growth. But if you are doing hard and good work, you still don't get any promotion or appreciation. Promotion and appreciation are only for people who give the manager tea, snacks, and sweet words. The leadership here is a joke. The CMO is blinded by his ego. The Director works with him is literally useless & he is in the organization because he is in favourites of the founder. He hires people (only females) based on looks rather than talent and founders (the lady) shamelessly plays favourites. The DTC team is a circus led by a spineless head, surrounded by sycophants. After reading this review they will ask the favorite PR person or a brand manager (so called because she is doing nothing except spreading rumors) to write a fake positive comments because I myself was a part of that team, i know what they do. Nothing to like, as it is the worst company I am working with... The Associate director Dhiraj Rathod is creepy and disrespectful guy, he is absolutely a shit. Each and every time the useless management listen to him cause the HR manager (Alisha sanghvi) is a crime partner of him .. And yeah by the way my name is Nainesh and I don't fear to them...
