Nothing against the school, some people just ruin the reputation.

Work Details

I was working in the capacity of an Academic Secretary. My main responsibility was to maintain the principal's calendar, admissions, coordinate with ICSE/ISC board. I loved my work since it was not monotonous and I enjoyed interacting with the students as

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
