Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? This school is everything an employee is looking for. Although, it is a startup school, but the vision, mission and the culture they want to build, is truly commendable. This school is only for those parents, who wish their child to have holistic development.
